For an in person enrollment, licensed professional benefits counselors come to your job site to educate and enroll your employees.

Education can include include group meetings, one-on-ones and webinars to involve remote workers. 

 

Our counselors can educate and enroll employees in all benefits, core and voluntary, for a complete onsite enrollment solution.

 

CALL CENTER ENROLLMENT

Call center enrollment is a great way to reach employees who work remotely, at satellite offices or restricted sites, or any other employees who can't be onsite for in-person enrollment.

We manage our own call center of professional benefits counselors, qualified to enroll both core and voluntary benefits if you need a complete remote enrollment solution.

PLATFORM & PAYROLL INTEGRATIONS

Online enrollment results in a more streamlined process, with fewer errors.  We are experienced with many of the benefit enrollment platforms, HRIS systems and payroll platforms in use today.

If you already have a preferred system, we can facilitate a voluntary benefits integration, so that your voluntary plans can be managed just like your other employee benefits.

 
 

NEW HIRE ONBOARDING

Many companies have groups of employees that must go through the open enrollment process every month as they become benefit eligible.

Our new hire onboarding service takes the workload off of HR and puts it on our in-house call center, staffed by professional benefits counselors trained to educate and enroll your new employees in all their company benefits.
